I'm the person behind the academy

Verity Harrison

Hey there, I’m Verity, a visual storyteller.  I help clients tell compelling stories and engage their audiences through graphics, illustration and animation. I'm a bit of a tech nerd and love sharing my digital knowledge with others. I started teaching digital skills a couple of years ago and discovered I really enjoyed it - and people seemed to like my teaching style. When the pandemic hit a lot of my colleagues needed to bring their digital skills up to speed - and fast, and I stepped up to the plate with a series of Procreate and Concepts masterclasses. Since then I have taken it a step further and delivered an online course on After Effects specifically aimed at visual practitioners to help them up their explainer animation game. And from there the digital academy was born.
